THE BATMAN EXPERIENCE
The Batman Experience took place July 18-21st 2019 in San Diego during Comic-Con. We created 3 unique activations within the Comic-Con museum in collaboration with AT&T & DC.
The Dark Knight Dive – An indoor skydiving booth where you could strap on VR googles and fly through Gotham while experiencing the feeling of weightlessness.
Rogues Gallery Rumble – An interactive villain-punching experience with visuals and sound effects based on the original comic book and TV series.
The Batcave – A stylized area where guests could take a break and play every Batman game ever made, starting from the original Nintendo game.
All of these were showcased alongside 68,000 square feet of Movie props, Batmobiles, photo opportunities, artist galleries, and a special gala inducting Batman into the Comic-Con Museum’s Hall of Fame.
The entire activation was supported with print and interactive pieces in local stores, as well as strategically placed mobile fleet teams. The initiative also had a robust social media plan, with live teams shooting, editing, and posting on location.
